For the past year, Clean Energy Project (CEP) and Green Chips has been working with the Clark County Commission to develop a solar project that will power the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign with Nevada’s own solar energy. Just yesterday, the Clark County Commission unanimously approved the project agreement!
The Welcome to Las Vegas sign is just 1.6 miles from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the location for the GRC Annual Meeting and GEA Energy Expo, Sept.29-Oct.2.
