Just four days prior to the arrival of Hurricane Irma, site clearing for the Nevis Geothermal Plant was completed. This marks a milestone for the project that is slated to become the first Binary ORC Geothermal power plant in the Caribbean Islands.
Follow on well drilling for the project is to begin very soon and the drilling rig for the initial phase of the geothermal project is scheduled to arrive on October 4th.
