This year brought an event of global significance in Australia with the first power generation from Geodynamics’ Habanero Project in South Australia.
Commissioning of the 1 megawatt electrical pilot plant, powered by geothermal energy from hot granite rocks 4.4 kilometers underground, confirmed Habanero as the most advanced such project in the world.
