Craig Mataczynski is New President of GEA
Craig Mataczynski is the new President of the U.S. Geothermal Energy Association (GEA)
He takes over from Paul Thomsen who has been appointed director of the Nevada Office of Energy.
Craig Mataczynski, who is also Chief Executive Officer of Gradient Resources of Reno, Nevada, made his first official speech yesterday at the Opening Session of the GRC Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He spoke of a new vision for the industry, where geothermal energy would provide 5% of the world's electricity by 2035-2050.
