NREL analysts Paul Schwabe and Jared Wiedmeyer recently authored a technical report,
Understanding Permitting Impacts on the Levelized Cost of Energy for Geothermal, which examines how permitting costs and delays impact the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) for geothermal projects.
