A second amendment to the Notice of Funding Availability is anticipated extending the application period to June 14, 2013.
The USDA Rural Development California State Office began accepting grant and loan guarantee applications for Fiscal Year 2013 under the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) with the publishing of the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) (PDF) on March 29, 2013. Subsequently, an Amendment to NOFA (PDF) was published on May 08, 2013 extending the application period from April 30, 2013 to May 31, 2013 for renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvement projects grants; for grant and loan guarantee combination applications; and for renewable energy system feasibility study applications.
