A project in Oregon seeks to turn a long-dormant volcano into a source of power for as many as a million people. It would involve pumping water deep into the rocks, where the geothermal activity would turn that water into steam to spin turbines without producing CO2. GRC member David Blackwell of SMU is interviewed. (AUDIO: 5:04 Minutes)
