In Garching an der Alz, gelegen im Landkreis Altötting, errichtet Silenos Energy derzeit das Geothermiekraftwerk Bruck. Mit dem aus 3.840 Meter Tiefe gewonnenen und 125 Grad heißen Thermalwasser sollen ab Sommer 2020 rund 36 Mio. kWh Ökostrom und bis zu 15 Mio. KWh pro Jahr erneuerbare Wärme für ein Fernwärmenetz produziert werden. Dies entspricht dem Bedarf von bis zu 14.000 Haushalten. Die technische Betriebsführung der zukünftigen Anlage hat Silenos Energy nun an die Stadtwerke München (SWM) vergeben.
