En construction, ce quartier innovant sera doté de 400 logements, 140 000 m² de bureaux, d'un nouveau palais de justice et d'un commissariat. Le chantier sera terminé en 2020.
A process that consists of taking calories from a water table, here the Albian water table, and then turning them into heating. Under construction, this innovative neighborhood will have 400 housing units, 140,000 m² of offices, a new courthouse and a police station. The project will be completed in 2020.
