In the context of the Private Sector Early Stage Geothermal Development Framework (PLUTO) Programme, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) intends to engage a consultant in order to produce a Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) which will be composed of two parts: a scoping study in Phase I and a CIA study in Phase II. The scoping study will define the issues that need to be addressed in the CIA study, considering the specific context in which the sector is being developed and is likely to be implemented. Precise activities and calendar for the CIA study will be determined on the basis of the conclusions of the scoping study.
