The United Downs Deep Geothermal Power project is seeking to appoint a Community Relations Manager who will be responsible for implementing policies with respect to community liaison and public relations.
The role will include developing and maintaining relationships with the public, community leaders and media representatives and ensuring that the project’s engagement with the local community is managed effectively and transparently.
The role is expected to be 35 hours per week but hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
The initial contract will be for a period of 12 months, commencing as soon as possible. A possible extension to the contract will be discussed during the last 3 months, depending on progress of the project.
Salary will be in the range £22 to £25k, depending on experience.
