Spain: Handbooks Analyse Potential of Geothermal Energy in the Canary Islands

Geoplat has contributed to the elaboration of the first Canary Island’s Geothermal Energy Handbooks (Geoplat)

These handbooks are a compilation of documents in which, for the first time, analyses the potential of  geothermal energy in the Canary Islands, as well as, the formation, technology and finance required for its correct development.

These handbooks compile two different geothermal systems: one of high enthalpy for power production and other of medium and low enthalpy, for heating and cooling. Following are the ones for power production (in Spanish only):
