Geothermal Technologies Office 2017 Annual Report

The Geothermal Technologies Office (GTO) announces the release of its 2017 Annual Report. The Annual Report recognizes advances in transformative, high-risk/high-reward science and engineering from GTO’s portfolio.

The 2017 issue highlights project successes and continued efforts in all of our program areas – Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS), Hydrothermal, Low Temperature & Co-produced Resources, and Systems Analysis – which are flanked by useful tools, resources, and links to more information. Highlights include FORGE and EGS Collab advancements, projects reducing geothermal costs and risks, advancements in technology research and development, and the launch of GTO’s Deep Direct-Use efforts.
