- O&M Superintendent will work closely with Power Plant Manager in managing during construction, commissioning and O&M of the power plant activities as to achieve targeted schedule in timely manner and align with HSE Compliance and government regulations.
- Develops and implements operating and maintenance methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve steam field and power plant operations.
