Vancouver-based Bluestone Resources Inc. has announced that the company has closed the acquisition of the Cerro Blanco Project and the Mita Geothermal Project located in Guatemala from Goldcorp Inc., also based in Vancouver, effective May 31, 2017. Concurrent with the closing, the proceeds of the previously completed $80 million private placement financing were released from escrow.
