Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter has made a number of appointments in parastatals under his docket.
Johnson Nchoe has taken over as the head the Geothermal Development Company (GDC).
Nchoe takes over from Paul Ngugi who has been in an acting capacity since November 5, when he took over after the board sent home its six top officials over mismanagement.
