Ram Power Announces 2015 First Quarter Results (News Release)

Confirms change of name of the company from Ram Power to “Polaris Infrastructure Inc."

Ram Power, Corp. has announced its operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. On April 30, 2015, the company completed a private placement of 18,598,500,000 subscription receipts at a price of Cdn$0.004 per subscription receipt to Goodwood Inc. and other investors arranged by Goodwood.  The private placement raised gross proceeds of approximately US$60 million, which amount has been placed into escrow pending satisfaction of certain escrow release conditions.
