USA:

Enel Green Power expects to complete the sale of a minority stake in a portfolio of renewable energy assets in North America by the end of this month, according to slides shown by the company in presenting its full-year results on Thursday.

Due diligence on the deal has been "substantially completed" and negotiations with one investor are ongoing, the company added in the slides.

Enel Green Power SpA, majority owned by Rome-based Enel, holds projects in operation and under development in 21 U.S. states, including wind, solar, hydropower and 72 MW of geothermal, according to the company’s website.
