PG&E Issues Greenhouse Gas Offset Credit Request For Offers (News Release)

Today U.S. west coast utility Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) issued its 2015 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Offset Credit Request for Offers (GHG Offset Credit RFO).

The goal of the RFO is to procure GHG Offset Credits eligible for compliance with California’s Cap-and-Trade Regulations.  Copies of the GHG Offset Credit RFO Protocol and required offer materials are now available on PG&E’s website at http://www.pge.com/rfo.

PG&E will conduct a Participants’ Webinar on March 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Prevailing Time (PPT) to explain the RFO protocol and changes from the prior year’s solicitation.  Interested parties may listen in via web conference/dial-in.  Call-in details are available on the RFO website.

Offers in response to the RFO are due on March 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM PPT.
