EDC Works With City Council to Explore Geothermal Resources (Sun.Star)
Another power company asked the
Davao City Council for an endorsement to conduct data gathering studies and regional geoscientific studies along Mt. Zion area (from Barangay Sibulan and Atan-awe in Davao City) for its Mt. Apo geothermal project.
The
Energy Development Corporation (EDC) will start its data gathering activities within the Mt. Zion Area as soon as the City Council will approve the endorsement.
The data gathering activity aims to explore the geothermal resources in its existing Mt. Apo Geothermal Project.
