Geothermal Technology Transfer Workshops (CanGEA)

The Canadian Geothermal Energy Association (CanGEA) in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development and NRC-IRAP invites you to the next in their series of technology transfer workshops on October 17th, 2014 at the Vancouver Conference Centre. Explore how technology will be deployed in this $100 billion worth of projects currently under development. The workshop aims to provide briefings to mining, aerospace & defense technology providers about how the global geothermal industry can be an end user of technology & processes. It also seeks to identify the incremental innovations and inventions required by the research community.

The morning session will feature the Aerospace & Defense industry, and the Mining Industry will be featured in the afternoon. A discount will be provided for individuals who wish to participate in both workshops. Subsidies will be available for international attendees.

Please note that seating is limited, so please register early to reserve your space. Registration will end on October 12th, 2014.
