Plans for the construction of a £30m geothermal power station in Crewe are moving forward
Cheshire East Borough Council has put out the call for engineering companies to help it realize its dream of exploiting geothermal energy.
The council has now published a contract notice seeking “an appropriately experienced and driven company to help us achieve our aspirations and deliver this exciting and innovative project”.
The contract notice calls for a geothermal delivery partner to provide technical design services, including architecture, engineering, urban planning and scientific analysis.
