European Investment Bank Will Finance Las Pailas Geothermal Plant (News Release)

European Investment Bank (EIB) President Werner Hoyer has formerly approved a new USD 70m loan for expansion of the Las Pailas geothermal plant.

Costa Rica has invested in renewable energy since the 1960's and recognizes the importance of investing in sustainable energy production that doesn't threaten the country's rich natural heritage.
