Ethiopia embraces geothermal power (upi.com)
The Ethiopian Geological Survey wants to increase the country's geothermal power generation. EGS director Masresha Gebreselassie said Ethiopia is interested in generating 450 megawatts of electricity from geothermal power in Abaya, Alto, Fentale, Kerbito, Tendaho and Tulu Moye by 2019.
