(Webinar live recording and presentation): The National Renewable Energy Laboratory has estimated that by the year 2015, mandated electrical generation from state renewable portfolio standards (RPS) will exceed 150 million Mwh. At a time of seemingly stalled federal energy legislation, state RPS mandates are contributing to increased generation capacity nationwide from renewable sources like geothermal, biomass, wind, solar, and hydrogen.
