Supervise the activities of the operator technicians at the Geothermal Facilities, overseeing both operating functions and, when necessary, maintenance functions. Comply with Agency policies, procedures and practices and the requirements of the Facility Manager. Coordinate the activities of the Operating department with the Maintenance and Steam Production Departments. Develop the proficiency of Geothermal Facility Operator Technicians and continue to improve the Geothermal facility business prospective and competitiveness.
