Serve as Operation Supervisor advising and providing recommendations on broad policy, program and human resource matters affecting programs and operations.
Oversees visioning, goal-setting, performance indicators, quality/efficiency, organizational performance management, and ensuring alignment with the vision, mission, values and goals of the EERE.
Provide leadership, oversight, and policy direction to support human capital management interests, including personnel performance management to enhance staff morale and promote a positive and collaborative work environment, staff development and recognition, and determines appropriateness of outsourcing non-inherently governmental functions.
Develops and approves actions to conduct the programs or projects, including procurement actions, financial management, technical direction, and resolution of technical, legal and management problems.
Ensures consistent, timely, and accurate responses to information requests from internal and external sources.
Ensures Program compliance with the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) process and builds collaboration with other elements of EERE
Oversees information management including responses to IG/GAO reports, Executive and Congressional correspondence, and program status briefings.
Coordinates information technology activities and data management initiatives.
Supports Program supervisors in providing management and administrative guidance.
