USA: Bi-Annual Geothermal Projects Peer Review Released

The U.S. DOE Geothermal Technologies Office (GTO) has announced the release of the 2015 Peer Review Report.
Conducted May 11–14, 2015, in Westminster, Colorado, the bi-annual peer review served as a forum for expert evaluation and feedback of the technical progress and merit of GTO-funded projects. In addition, experts provided recommendations for continued technical progress of these projects as well as for informing near-term and long-term strategic planning efforts in support of the office’s mission – to accelerate the deployment of domestic electricity generation from geothermal resources by investing in transformative research, development, and demonstration-scale projects that will catalyze commercial adoption.
The 2015 Peer Review Report contains results, comments and suggestions resulting from the peer review and can be accessed here. View the 2015 GTO Peer Review Report Appendices here.
